We ship to the contiguous United States by USPS, UPS Ground and LTL Freight, FOB Tullahoma, TN. Because many items are made to order, lead time is up to 3 weeks + shipping time of 2 to 7 days. Once your shipment is in the system, we will issue a tracking number.
For LTL Freight (pallet) shipments, we must be advised of any special requests such as Lift Gate service. When a LTL Freight carrier delivers a shipment, their only responsibility is to move the pallet to the end of the truck where you will need to off-load it.
